I’ve been training with Nigel for almost 3 years now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training once a week as part of a group session, really enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into the sessions. Nigel is focused on helping clients achieve their goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to run, complete more core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session.  I joined to improve my fitness for Martial Arts... least that was my intention.  Since Joining I've met many new people and accomplished things I never thought possible, from a simple pull up to a 30-mile ultra marathon. Each lesson is different varied and fun with lovely people.
