30 Day Challenge For the next 30 days the challenge is to complete 100 Double Hand Kettlebell Swings per day. That's 20 swings per minute for 5 minutes. Don't have a kettlebell? Just change the swings for body weight squats. Remember crease of the hips have to travel below the knee for a full range of motion.
