I’ve been training with Nigel for almost 3 years now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training once a week as part of a group session, really enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into the sessions. Nigel is focused on helping clients achieve their goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to run, complete more core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. I must be a glutton for punishment J Additionally: I thoroughly enjoy working out in the outdoor environment as well and would recommend Hybrid Obstacle Training to anyone looking to improve their fitness.

 I joined Hybrid Obstacle Training to improve my fitness for Martial Arts... least that was my intention.  Since Joining I've met many new people and accomplished things I never thought possible, from a simple pull up to a 30-mile ultra marathon. Each lesson is different varied and fun with lovely people. 
It has also helped me tone up and lose the extra bit of weight I was carrying (under 14 stone woo).

I joined Hybrid with my main goal of losing weight. I find the small group sessions are fab as you get the full benefit of Nigel making sure your form is correct, minimising risk of injuries and no chance of 'slacking off!'. It's always a laugh there and you leave feeling motivated and energised but knowing you've had a good work out too. My fitness levels are better than they have ever been, my whole attitude to fitness has transformed as it is now my life style and not a 'short term plan or quick fix'

I was stuck in a rut for a few years after having my daughter... At over 15 stone I joined Hybrid. I have been supported so positively and am now 12 stone. I have achieved so much Inc tough mudder half twice in the same year! And I must add that the support from Nigel and from the other members has been so encouraging and very welcomed. Plus the workouts are never the same and are always good fun.
