Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Pilates has been renowned for many years for creating Long, Lean yet strong toned muscles and bodies. Practised by many a Film, Music and Celebrity icon, Madonna, Pippa Middleton, Kate Winslet, Lucy Lawless and its not just the ladies.
